Registration Terms & Conditions for SyncCloudPOS System
Welcome to SyncCloudPOS, a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) system provided by CODEPUL.
Before registering and using our system, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions.
By registering and using SyncCloudPOS, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our POS system.
1. Registration and Account
1.1 Eligibility:
To register and use SyncCloudPOS, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
1.2 Account Information:
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration. You must keep your login credentials confidential and are solely responsible for all activities under your account.
1.3 Account Security:
You agree to notify us immediately at info@codepu.com if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or unauthorized activities.
2. Use of SyncCloudPOS
2.1 License:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use SyncCloudPOS for managing your point of sale operations.
2.2 System Requirements:
You are responsible for ensuring that your devices meet the hardware, software, and internet requirements necessary to access SyncCloudPOS.
We are not responsible for issues arising from inadequate system compatibility.
2.3 Prohibited Activities:
You must not use SyncCloudPOS for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our system.
2.4 Data Security:
We use reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data protection.
You are responsible for taking appropriate precautions to safeguard your data.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Subscription Fees:
Use of SyncCloudPOS may require payment of subscription fees.
All fees and payment terms will be displayed on our website or communicated directly to you.
Failure to pay required fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.
3.2 Refunds:
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership:
All intellectual property rights related to SyncCloudPOS — including software, trademarks, and copyrights — are owned by CODEPUL or its licensors.
4.2 Restrictions:
You may not modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on SyncCloudPOS without prior written permission from CODEPUL.
5. Termination
5.1 Termination by You:
You may terminate your account and stop using SyncCloudPOS at any time by following the account deletion instructions within the system.
5.2 Termination by Us:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without cause, at any time and without prior notice.
5.3 Effect of Termination:
Upon termination, your right to use SyncCloudPOS will immediately end, and access to stored data will be removed.
Your data may be deleted after termination unless required to be retained by law.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1 SyncCloudPOS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its accuracy, reliability, or suitability for your business needs.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, CODEPUL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use SyncCloudPOS, including data loss or service interruptions.
8. Modification of Terms
8.1 CODEPUL reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
Notice of significant changes will be provided through our website or other communication channels.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
By registering and using SyncCloudPOS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
